When Caring Ends - a Unique Grief

Caring for someone can often become a person's whole world, even if they're only caring short term, so when their cared for person dies it often creates a very unique type of grief.

I was lucky enough to attend a carer's event run by the University Hospitals of Derby & Burton NHS Foundation Trust a week or two ago, and was blown away by the selfless dedication of those I met there. It was a privilege to be able to chat to, and offer support to some of the most compassionate members of our society.
