Illustrations are nearly complete for Missing You, the second book in the 'Missing...' series. Missing you is a grief activity book for grown ups, similar to Missing Someone Special, but with a more in-depth look at the emotions and experiences often encountered in adult grief.
The book's illustrations are once again being created by the talented Michael Ashley, who graduated with a degree in illustration from Derby University.
I'm delighted to be working with Michael again, his choice of calm colours and whimsical design help the book to feel light and welcoming, despite the difficult topic. Whilst the illustrations for Missing You are created for a grown up audience, there are still some of the favourite characters from my first book, Missing Someone Special, to be spotted throughout.
